Alyn Williams has spent his career working in some of the finest kitchens in Britain, under the guidance of some of the finest chefs. He spent 5 years working at The Berkeley as Head Chef – under the great Marcus Wareing – before going it alone at The Westbury in 2011.

The Westbury received a Michelin star just a year into his tenure and continued to win praise for producing dishes that are both high end and accessible.

His style of cooking is playful and witty with a precision and attention to detail that reflect his influences and years spent in top kitchens. A ‘walnut whip’ dessert is perhaps his signature dish.
