Bruno Loubet was born in Bordeaux and started his tenure in Brussels, at the Hyatt Regency, before immigrating to London for stints at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Le Petit Blanc, The Four Seasons and Inn on the Park.

Working across Europe, Asia and Australasia as a consultant, owner and advisor, Loubet has earned a reputation for rejuvenating fatigued establishments. This, combined with his gift for palate-tingling cuisine (his signature trick involves uniting three or four elements in perfect balance, accentuating each flavour) has made Loubet a formidable restaurateur.
