    For the prawns

     

    1 clove garlic

    400g king prawns

    1 tsp dried coriander

    1 tsp cumin

    1 tsp chilli powder

    1 tsp caraway

    1 tsp tomato puree

    1 glug olive oil

     

    For the tabbouleh

    150 g bulgur wheat

    2 plum tomatoes

    1 red onion

    1 handful fresh parsley

    1 lime

    1 handful fresh mint
